Conditions for Guarantee
(a) This section applies to the LSAT Excel Course. Your baseline score is defined as the greater of either your LAW Methods diagnostic score or an earlier official LSAT score. LAW Methods guarantees that your official LSAT score will be higher than your baseline score. If it is not, then you shall be entitled to receive a full refund of your LAW Methods tuition (minus the cost of materials and shipping and handling) subject to the following terms and conditions:

You must take the officially administered LSAT immediately following your LAW Methods live LSAT classes. You must sit, take and complete all required LAW Methods practice exams, You must attend all class sessions You must complete all required homework for each lesson. Your money-back request must be accompanied by an unopened LSAT official score report and must be received by LAW Methods within ninety (90) days of your test administration. If your baseline score is from an official LSAT and that score does not also appear on the recent score report, you must provide an official score report for that administration as well. The refund will be made in the original form of payment in US dollars..

(b) This section applies to the LSAT Elite Course. If you are an LSAT Elite Course student, LAW Methods guarantees that your future LSAT score will be 168 or above. If not, you shall be entitled to a full refund of your LSAT Elite Course tuition (minus the cost of materials and shipping and handling) subject to the following terms and conditions:

Before partaking in LAW Methods LSAT Elite Course, you must have a baseline score of at least 158. Your baseline score is defined as the greater of either your LAW Methods diagnostic score or an earlier official LSAT score. You must complete all required LAW Methods full-length practice tests, you must attend all class sessions, and you must complete all homework for each lesson. You must take the officially administered LSAT immediately following your LAW Methods LSAT Elite Course. Your money-back request must be accompanied by an unopened LSAT official score report and must be received by LAW Methods within ninety (90) days of your test administration. Your failure to comply with any of the aforementioned terms and conditions The refund will be made in the original form of payment in US dollars.

Registration Policy

All students/clients must register, fill out a student agreement and pay the full fee prior to attending class, receiving private tutoring, and/or beginning our consulting services. You may pay by credit card, cash or check. If paying by check, you must allow sufficient time for the check to arrive and clear before your first class, private tutoring session or consulting session. Students/clients whose checks have not cleared before the first day of class or first session may not be allowed to attend class or begin session until those funds are made available.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a course or session without prior notice, although every effort will be made to notify students/clients as soon as possible. In the event that a class or session is canceled, students/clients may choose to enroll in the next available class, attend an alternate location or receive a full refund.


REFUND POLICY

NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, UNLESS STUDENT MEETS THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITIONS FOR GUARANTEE AND/OR QUALIFIES UNDER THE AFOREMENTIONED CANCELLATION POLICY.
