Life is Good as a LAW Methods Instructor
Opportunities for More Pay and Growth
LAW Methods offers the highest level of compensation in the LSAT industry. We pay our LSAT instructors a starting salary of $50/hr and depending on students' evaluations and average score increase, an instructor's salary can increase up to $100/hr! This meritocratic system not only attracts the best talents, but also keeps our qualified instructors motivated. Unlike other companies, we believe in rewarding and sharing our profit with our instructors.
At LAW Methods there are multiple ways for LSAT instructors to further augment their income. Tutoring, admissions consulting, and conducting on-campus seminars are just a few other methods of fattening those paychecks. We even offer exceptionally outstanding instructors opportunities for being involved in management, training, and travel!
So what does it take to become a LAW Methods LSAT instructor?
For starters, you must have scored in the 99th percentile on the actual LSAT. Besides being crazy intelligent, One must be absolutely hilarious and fanatical when teaching the LSAT. Just because you did well on the LSAT doesn't mean you are automatically a quality instructor. Basically, we only welcome individuals with exceptional teaching skills.
In addition, you must be personable. In the LSAT world, this means possessing the ability to engage students and keep them captivated throughout a 4-hour class. It also means gaining the students' trust. Great instructors are effective because they have insight and wisdom to know when students need encouragement or when they need some tough lovin'.
